Remote Install Support: A Kinettix Field Services Project Case Study

Kinettix provided remote installation engineer support for onsite technicians installing 200 traffic counting cameras dispersed over 100 locations. The installation engineers were charged with verifying mounting locations, determining the functionality of cameras, and confirming proper configuration using cloud-based software. The scope increased to supporting 20-25 sites per day and completing over 800 camera installs in 5 weeks.

Kinettix was engaged to assist an end client in performing a Win10 upgrade to 6,000 units over the course of five months, a project that later changed in scope to 4,500 units over just 14 weeks.
