As the CEO of Kinettix, I’m thrilled to announce that the last several years have been ones of remarkable growth for Kinettix. For three consecutive years, we have been recognized as of the Inc. 5,000 fastest-growing companies in America. Over the past four years, Kinettix has consistently found itself on the Fast 55 list, an honor presented by the Cincinnati Business Courier to recognize rapidly expanding companies in our hometown of Cincinnati. This achievement signifies our commitment to growth and excellence. More importantly, our dedicated team members have put forward Kinettix as a finalist for Cincinnati’s best places to work. This acknowledgment from our staff is a testament to the empowering and collaborative work environment we strive to maintain at Kinettix.

These accomplishments are evidence of the commitment and excellence of the members of the Kinettix team, including those at our Corporate Headquarters and the 100+ employees in our Global Operations Center in the Philippines. I am constantly amazed at their hard work, innovative ideas, and commitment to our customers.

While field services are often perceived as a commodity, we see them as an opportunity for innovation. We are constantly asking how we can bring new ideas to a mature industry to deliver better and more efficient services to our customers.

Dispatch1: A Game-Changing Platform

It is that heart of innovation that has led us to invest millions of dollars in our Dispatch1 operating platform through which we manage all our services and technicians. The reason we have been willing to invest so much is simple: we are absolutely convinced that API-driven services are the future of our industry. Allowing our customers to initiate tickets and monitor all aspects of project progress through their existing Service Management platforms is game-changing. There is simply nothing else that delivers this type of ease of use, flexibility, and transparency as an API-driven platform.

This API model is one of the big innovations that we are contributing to the field service industry. You will be hearing more about our progress and future plans for this model in the upcoming weeks.

Leveraging Innovation Partners

To further bolster our technological capabilities, we have deepened our partnership with Microsoft. This strategic alliance has enabled us to refine our tech stack and develop a comprehensive strategy for building automation efforts that revolutionize the field service industry. Our embrace of cutting-edge technologies, such as OpenAI and our Data Fabric, has provided us with a competitive edge that sets us apart from the rest.

None of these achievements would have been possible without our invaluable partnership with Gartner. As a trusted advisor, Gartner has played a pivotal role in helping us refine our messaging and implementation. Their guidance and expertise have been instrumental in shaping our strategic decisions and long-term vision.

Looking ahead, the next 3-6 months will be an exciting period for Kinettix. We are on the brink of releasing Dispatch1 3.0, this latest iteration of our operating platform will bring with it a litany of new features and functionality.
